Newsletters via Email
We have set up a Saints minis email group through gmail to send out periodic newsletters, updates etc. We use the email addresses as provided on the registration forms / teamer website. The email group is currently under review to include all email contacts relevant to the 2011/12 season and should be up and running again later this month.

Sample clothing is available to try as a sizing guide - if we don't have the correct size available from stock, we will need to place an order with our UK supplier. Orders are made periodically during the season and the order form is available from the the top right of this page.

We are an independently owned Bodyshop with both Mercedes and BMW manufacturer approvals. We are the appointed bodyshop for 17 manufacturers locally. We also hold approvals for all the major local insurers.

Coach Contact Numbers

If you need to contact your Year group coaches directly, we have added their mobile numbers to the year group pages and the coaches section under "Parent Info.".
Coaching

A message to all players, coaches and supporters - if you are interested in helping with coaching minis / youth level, please contact us at the minis email address. The GFA provide coaching courses for Level 1 / 2.

Fun Day now 5th May

The end of season fun day is now this Saturday 5th May.

Details for the soccer skills and presentations are as before:

Reception and Year 1 to attend from 12:15 for a free lunch followed by organised soccer skills. 

Year 2 to Year 7 to attend from 10am with a free lunch between 12 and 1pm.

The presentations will be at approximately 2:15pm.

Please ensure all minis are dressed in full St Martins kit.  We are going to have enrapture photography coming to take team photos and action shots on the day.

We are keen that parents/relatives make the most of the day. Please bring rugs and picnics and stay on for a few light refreshments after the presentation.

Subs & kit  for 2012/2013 Season:

Many thanks to those of you who have already submitted registration forms for the 2013 season.

 For those of you who still need to register we will be in the club house again next Saturday for the final day of the season. (Weather permitting) If you have already completed your forms they can be dropped off at the club house or there will be forms for you to complete if you do not already have them.  You can attach payments to your registration forms or pay directly into St Martins Mini bank account.  For those of you who are can’t make it on Saturday forms can be posted.

For those of you who are looking to purchase kit we have some items in stock which you are welcome to try for size on Saturday.

Teamer Website - Fixtures / Training Organisation

For the new season all fixtures and training ("event") will be co-ordinated by your year group coaches via a website called www.teamer.net

Once we have received & processed your membership forms, initially, you will receive an email and a text from your coach asking you to verify yourself as a player registered with the particular year group. Once all the team is registered on teamer.net, the coach can run the side using the website.

Parents will receive an email &/or text (dependent on individual set-up) each time there is a new event. You will need to respond Y or N to confirm if your child can attend. If an event is subsequently cancelled / postponed, you will receive an email &/or text from your coach, generated from the teamer website.

Please call our hotline which is updated every Friday evening when possible, or at the latest, between 8 - 9am every Saturday and details all matches and conditions and any cancellations, as although the weather may be fine at the weekend, conditions during the week have a bearing on whether the pitches are playable.

Thoughout the season, as additional friendlies are arranged by the coaches for Reception to Year 5, these will be added to the fixture list. The same applies to the Sunday Tournaments for Years 2, 3, 4 & 5.

Floodlit Tournaments at BPL

These will commence on 12 November 2011 with further dates in November, January and early February. The November fixtures have now been added to the Reception to Year 5 Friendly fixture list (see link above).
